Pat Ameen – Vice President & General Manager Pat Ameen is responsible for overall leadership and day-to-day operation of the business unit. He also serves as vice president of regulatory affairs for Amsted Rail. Ameen’s diverse railroad industry experience includes more than 30 years working with a Class I railroad, a major freight car leasing company and the Association of American Railroads (AAR). William LeFebvre – Chief Technology Officer William LeFebvre has led the R&D effort into ultra-low power wireless sensor solutions for use on freight car applications since 2005. As chief technology officer, he is responsible for IONX LLC research and development of products and technologies for monitoring the status and condition of remote assets operating in harsh environments. LeFebvre has more than 20 years’ experience in applying cutting-edge technologies to business problems. Jay P. Monaco – Chief Applications Officer Jay Monaco oversees the applications development of on-board freight car diagnostics though the analysis of data collected in the field. Monaco’s expertise is in developing, testing and manufacturing heavy equipment for both the railway and aerospace industries. He also currently serves as vice president, engineering for Amsted Rail. |
